1.Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist just above the wrist bone with your palm open and facing up.
2.Note down the measurement of your wrist.

1.Wrap the string around your wrist just above the wrist bone with your palm open and facing up.
2.Mark where the ends meet with a pen or marker.
3.Lay the string flat and measure it to where youāve made your mark and note down the measurement to find your wrist sizer.
Tips & Tricks
- Measure your fingers at the end of the day when theyāre at their largest.
- Cold weather can shrink your fingers up to half a size, so make sure theyāre warm.
- Lastly, alcohol and salt can make your fingers swell, so refrain from measuring them after cocktails and appetizers.

Returns
RETURN POLICY
We accept regular returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date. For U.S. orders, return is free. For non-US orders, valvalvoom is not able to cover return shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
Please email service@valvalvoom.comĀ with your order number that is eligible for return/exchange for authorization. All returns and exchanges must be processed by us before sending merchandise back. Please note that we do not cover international shipping cost for return/exchange. You are responsible for your own return process and fees might incur during the process. Once we have received the returned item we will issue you a refund.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of valvalvoom jewelry. For returns received within 100 days of delivery, weāll credit your original form of payment.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
- Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
