Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

All valvalvoom items are made-to-order. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order. Processing time differs from product to product. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders to the entire US.

    SHIPPING TIME:
    - 7-15 working days

    Note: For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.

    * Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.

    * Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so valvalvoom cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that valvalvoom will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.


    [ RETURN POLICY ]

    We accept regular returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date. For U.S. orders, return is free. For non-US orders, valvalvoom is not able to cover return shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

    Please email service@valvalvoom.com with your order number that is eligible for return/exchange for authorization. All returns and exchanges must be processed by us before sending merchandise back. Please note that we do not cover international shipping cost for return/exchange. You are responsible for your own return process and fees might incur during the process. Once we have received the returned item we will issue you a refund.

    Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of valvalvoom jewelry. For returns received within 100 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.

    NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
    1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
    2. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
    3. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

    EXCHANGE POLICY
    We accept exchange within 30 days of the order delivery date. For U.S. orders, exchange is free. For non-US orders, valvalvoom is not able to cover return shipping cost for the product that needs to be exchanged. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

    REFUNDS
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
