Customer Care

Please Avoid Wearing Your Jewelry In The Following Situations:
  • When washing your hands, it's best to remove your jewelry to prevent soap suds from seeping into crevices and diminishing its shine.
  • It's advisable not to wear your jewelry while participating in Strenuous sports activities to prevent vibrations and scratches.
  • Avoid exposing your jewelry to heat sources: Extreme temperature changes can cause irreversible damage to the gemstones.
  • Showering with jewelry should generally be avoided. While an occasional exposure may not result in permanent damage, it's crucial to thoroughly dry your jewelry if it does get wet.
  • Natural hot springs contain sulfur which can severely tarnish silver jewelry. To maintain the intended aesthetic of your pieces, it's best to avoid exposing them to such environments.
  • Lotions and perfumes contain chemicals that can tarnish jewelry. For optimal care, apply these products and allow them to dry before adorning your jewelry. This simple practice can significantly enhance the luster of your jewelry.

Sterling Silver:

Sterling silver items are susceptible to oxidation and tarnishing when exposed to air and sulfur-containing substances, leading to a loss of their radiant shine. I encourage you to remove your sterling silver jewelry before swimming or bathing to preserve its luster. After each wear, gently wipe away any perspiration or dust with the fine cotton cloth before placing it back in the valvalvoom jewelry box.

K Gold:

Please do not store K gold jewelry with other gemstone jewelry to avoid scratches. Please try to avoid contact with water and then dry with a soft cloth.

Natural Gemstones (Turquoise, Agate, Mother-Of-Pearl And Others):

Changes in temperature and contact with cosmetics and cleansers will affect natural gemstones, causing them to change color and lose their luster. Please avoid contact with water, and then carefully clean with a soft dry cloth.
